Well-being and Mental Health

Train youth workers and leaders to recognize and address mental health issues among youth. Well-being encompasses various aspects of life, including physical health, emotional balance, social connections, personal fulfilment, and sense of purpose. It reflects a person's ability to cope with stress, manage emotions, maintain positive relationships, and adapt to changes and challenges in life. Mental health, on the other hand, specifically focuses on the psychological and emotional well-being of an individual. It includes factors such as emotional resilience, self-esteem, cognitive function, and the ability to cope with and overcome mental health disorders or challenges.
